Fun Times at Tree Hill

This was the most relaxing Field Trip we've had this school year. And the weather was PERFECT!!

We arrived and the students were split into two groups. To make the groups quickly, we split the students into their Resource lines. Both groups went on Nature Walks where we learned about different plants, seeds and the insects and creatures that could be found out at Tree Hill. Our tour guides also made sure to tell the students to use their five senses... or well 4. They DID NOT want the students putting anything in their mouths. haha

Next we had snack time. We brought cereal for the students to eat, so they wouldn't be too bothered about our lunch time being late.

Finally we learned about taxidermy and were able to touch different animals. (I tried taking lots of pictures!! So enjoy watching the cute faces get a little scared. ) Then as if it couldn't get any better... the students were able to touch a real alligator and a snake. It was so much fun!!

Enjoy the slideshow. :)
